Built for freelance marketers and small teams managing 3–10 clients.

You know the drill.

Export GA4. Paste into a template. Fix the chart that broke. Write the same “traffic is up, here’s why” paragraph five times. Rename the file so it looks professional. Send.

Four to six hours a month, every month, unpaid — on work your client skims in forty seconds.

Your client doesn’t read dashboards. They read sentences.

Every report opens with a short, plain-English summary — what moved, why it likely moved, and what deserves attention next month. Written for a business owner, not an analyst.

Dashboards make your client feel stupid. A summary makes you look sharp.

What changed

  • Visits were essentially flat at 1,842 once 700 automated and self-referral visits were excluded — the raw figure would have shown 26.7% growth that wasn’t real.
  • Organic search did the actual work, up 14% and now 61% of all visits.
  • Worth checking next month: the pricing page took 22% of landings but converted at half the site average.
A rendering of the report’s first page, using the figures described above. Direction is carried by the arrow and the sign, not by colour — so it survives being printed in black and white, and it stays readable for the ~8% of men with red-green colour vision deficiency.

What happened on the first real property we pointed it at

It caught 700 of 885 “referral” visits that weren’t people.

One domain alone sent 491 visits. Analytics reported it as referral traffic like any other. The rest were the site referring to itself across its own subdomains.

Once they were excluded, the month that Analytics reported as +26.7% growth was actually −1.8%. The “record day” of 550 visits was 247.

Every figure in the report is recalculated with those sources removed, and the report says on its own final page exactly what was excluded — so a client who checks their Analytics never finds numbers that quietly disagree.

The first detector assumed bots don’t engage. It missed the worst offender, which showed 99.8% engagement against a site average of 33.7% — traffic sold as real is built to look engaged. So it now flags both ends: no engagement, and impossibly perfect engagement.

How it works

  1. Connect Google Analytics.

One click, read-only. We never write to your Analytics, and you can revoke access from your Google account whenever you like. Then pick which property belongs to which client.

  2. Add your branding.

Your logo, your colour. The report looks like you made it, because you did — there is no mention of us anywhere in the document.

  3. Read it, then send it.

Each month’s report is generated for you to review. You read the summary and send it — by email with the PDF attached, plus a share link. Nothing reaches your client until you say so, and that is not a setting you can leave switched off by accident.

Pricing

$49/month

Unlimited clients.

Add your 6th client, your 12th, your 30th — the price never changes. Reporting tools commonly charge per client, or put white-labeling behind a much higher tier. Five clients elsewhere often runs $125–140 a month. Here it is $49.

The honest answers

I already use Looker Studio and it's free.

Looker Studio gives your client a link and a chart. It doesn’t write the summary, it doesn’t email itself with a PDF attached, and it doesn’t stop breaking when a data source changes. If your clients read your dashboards and act on them, keep it — genuinely. This is for the ones who don’t.

I only have 3 clients — is this worth $49?

If reporting costs you four hours a month and you bill $50/hr, you are spending $200 of your own time. That is the whole pitch.

Is my clients' data safe?

Access is read-only and revocable from your Google account at any time. We read aggregated reporting figures — never individual visitors. Writing the summary sends those aggregated figures to an AI provider, which is disclosed in full because you should know that before you sign up, not after. Privacy policy · DPA

Can I trust an AI to write to my client?

Not blindly, and the product doesn’t ask you to. Every report stops in a ready state and sending is a separate action, so a summary only ever reaches your client after you have read it. You are the professional in that relationship.

FAQ

Which data sources?
Google Analytics 4 today. Google Ads and Meta are the likely next two — tell us which you need most and it moves up.
Can I see the report before it sends?
Yes — you review the real document, not a mockup of it, and nothing sends until you choose to send it. Editing the summary text yourself is not in yet.
Does my client see your branding?
Not in the report. It carries your logo, your colour and your name only. The email it arrives in is currently sent from our domain with your address as the reply-to; sending from your own domain is coming.
What if I cancel?
Reports stop. Your data is exported and deleted on request. No lock-in, no export fee, no minimum term.
What happens when a client's Analytics has no prior-year data?
The report leaves the year-on-year comparison out rather than printing a misleading one. Same for percentages on a baseline too small to be meaningful — those are shown as absolute numbers instead.
